Hi, I’m Amber Sommerville, the person behind Sommerville Creative.

With years of experience as a solo in-house designer for large businesses, I’ve learnt what design assets actually support growth, improve visibility and drive sales. This naturally led me into creative management, where I combine design with planning, stakeholder collaboration and day-to-day creative support.

Drawing on experience across multiple sectors, I work as a creative partner, delivering the marketing and brand assets businesses need without the commitment of a full-time hire, becoming a reliable extension of your team.

With a specialism in editorial and layout design, I’ve grown with changing technologies, using them to develop my skills and approach. My experience in publishing has taught me how to design, manage and quality check work in fast-paced environments, often under pressure.
